Do you struggle to feel at home in your body? Do you suffer from chronic pain, disordered eating, or poor body image?
Our relationships to our bodies are complex. We may hate certain body parts, be afflicted by chronic pain and illness, hold the tension of past trauma, or all of the above. Sometimes, we make our body the enemy. Learning to love the body is learning to love the self.
Join Health Psychology Coach and newest member of our team, Becka Kelley, for this three hour expressive arts movement class. You will have the opportunity to explore the complexity of your body and begin or deepen a friendship with your unique and dynamic system in a supportive and creative space. No experience of any kind is required. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing.
