Are you ready to move beyond chronic overwhelm, self-doubt, and burnout? Are you ready to step fully into your core values and design a life that aligns with who you most want to be?
In a world where the majority is asking you to go faster, harder, stronger, we know deep down you want to slow down. You want to tune into your senses and begin to follow the intelligence of your entire body: head, heart, and gut combined as a system that together can act as an internal GPS.
You are ready to strip down to your most authentic self by letting go of the protective mask that allows you to blend in. You want this for yourself, but also for your clients, as caregivers we both know you can not ask of them what you are not willing to do for yourself.
Compassion fatigue, burnout, and vicarious trauma are real and often a result of several factors which can be greatly shifted through key resiliency skills such as emotional regulation, intentionality/alignment with your core values, self care, connection, and healing old wounds that allow for a healthy perspective and wholeness.
We use the metaphor of a full cup that runneth over to serve our clients and teach you to do the same. As Pema Chodron states, ” Be kinder to yourself and let your kindness flood the world.” It is our mission to support you, as caregivers, so that you can be the light and love this world so desperately needs!
At Integrative Art Therapy, we are here to guide you to who you really are at your core beyond the layers of programming of who you think you should be. Our mission is to help you understand how incredibly magnificent you already are if you will allow yourself to shine.
YOU ARE ENOUGH just as you are and whatever you hold deep in your heart is worth pure gold and worthy of pursuit as a means of greeting your true potential. These longings and desires are the key to helping you live the most rewarding and inspiring life available. You deserve to live such a life!
