You want them all. You long to live a life of creativity and purpose and you seek close, meaningful relationships. You’re tired of juggling so much and feeling like there isn’t enough time for the things that truly matter.
I get it. I’ve been there and I’ve often worn more hats than I care to admit. I’ve watched my health suffer and my creativity fizzle when I’ve tried to push through and make it all happen.
The good news: I found my way back from the edge of burn out and I can honestly say I’m stepping into the life of my dreams – and I know that you can too.
It is possible to live a rich, full life marked by a deep connection to your inner self and your outer world. It’s not asking too much to say you want to live in alignment with your core values so you can feel good and make your greatest contribution to the world.
So how do you do it? What do you have to do to satisfy your deepest yearning and connect with what really matters? From my personal and professional experience, I can tell you that people do heal, transform, and deepen the experience of being alive. Creative expression and nature are powerful tools to get there.
As an Eco-Art Therapist and the owner/founder of Integrative Art Therapy, I’ve watched so many clients learn how to “bring the inside out and the outside in.” My passion is to help you recognize your own innate beauty and wisdom as it’s reflected in the trees, mountains, wildlife, and in your own creativity.
YOUR LIFE CAN BE A UNIQUE & BEAUTIFUL WORK OF ART
You have a natural strength within you, but you struggle to see your own vast potential. You often doubt yourself and put off caring for your own deep desires while meeting the needs of others.
I know this story of “not enough” and I know what it takes to rewrite it so you can become the hero of your own story. After my own struggle with vicarious trauma, burnout, and compassion fatigue, I discovered that nature could ground and keep me present. Hiking, talking, and artmaking in natural environments with organic materials gave me a chance to explore and integrate the surrounding beauty and natural landscapes. Nature taught me to tune into my senses more deeply and find the truths within that needed to be told, which in turn have helped heal my body.
It’s my mission to share these lessons with you as you uncover your story and your creativity.
Who Am I? And How Can I Help You?
I’m sensitive, creative, intuitive, and empathic.
I am real.
Growing up, I hated my own sensitivity. I didn’t know how to handle the enormous task of feeling deeply for others when my own boundaries weren’t strong enough to hold me.
As a result, I went through my own battles with drugs, alcohol, anxiety, depression, strained relationships, poor boundaries, spiritual bankruptcy, physical illness, and trauma recovery. I’ve been through the darkness and pain as well as healing, and I treasure the gifts these experiences gave me: strength, resilience, and a deep inner knowing.
Though I have a lot of great experience, training, and education, all of my best work is a result of moving through my own history in order to release the conditioned self-limiting beliefs and behaviors of the past. I continue to push myself into uncomfortable territory in order to be the best version I can be. And I see my own work as a model- I will not ask anything of you and my clients that I myself am not willing to do.
I am privileged to be a guide who helps others uncover and restore their own unique gifts. I love supporting women, healers, and other helping professionals own their stories, integrate old wounds, and stand in wholeness as a result.
When you heal one part, you begin to heal all
Many of my most outwardly successful clients, including doctors, nurses, and therapists, are missing a connection with their inner wisdom. They’ve lost track of the body’s intelligence and awareness of their senses.
When these clients tune into themselves and their world, they create a ripple of healing that benefits not only their own patients, but the entire health system. What may look like one person creating a mandala of leaves and stones could actually be the beginning of a world-healing wave. You can learn to fill your heart and cup so full that eventually it will spill over and nourish everyone around you.
Are you ready to dive deep and heal in order to discover your truest nature? Are you ready to transform the darkness and step into the light? To live the life you dream of? Let’s begin with a free consultation. You deserve that much.
